Tracking and Reasoned Agriculture
The Château de Coussergues Winery has progressively set
up a program for tracking its wine and producing it using reasoned agriculture thanks to the owner's willingness and
with the help of an appropriate computer program.
The tracking details are the wine's ID card indicating:
exact origin, detailed growth record, harvest conditions, key operations carried out in the wine cellar, bottling, etc.
Furthermore reasoned agriculture has become our goal for reconciling economic competitiveness and the winemaker's desire to do more for the environment.
