Observations

Production potential:
from 2 to 2.2 million bottles.

Current sales:
1.3 million bottles, 80% are exported
and 20% remain in France.


White and rosé wines are bottled within 6 months following harvest. They are then stored in a storehouse at controlled temperatures (15°C).

Red wines are bottled in the spring depending on the
harvest
. Part of it is left to mature for 8 to 12 months
in oak barrels.

All our wines are analyzed and tasted regularly.

The Winery produces the following wines:

Blended wines which make up the Baronnie de Coussergues product range in all three colors
(White, Rosé and Red).

Grape variety wines (Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Viognier, Muscat, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet & Pinot).

All our wines are bottled at the Winery.
