Soil:
  Calcareous clay.
Wine-making techniques:
  100% crushing - fermentation in concrete vats.
Lengthy maceration (3 weeks).
Pneumatic pressing- malolactic fermentation in casks.

Tasting notes
Color: Intense ruby red.

Nose: Complex scent of cocoa, licorice and hints of garrigue, very aromatic.

Palate: Full-bodied and well-balanced with a nice length.
Serve between 17° and 18°C.
