  Calcareous clay with plots over 30 years old.
Wine-making techniques:
  Peeling.
Lengthy maceration with regular fortification.
Malolactic fermentation.
Maturation in vats and oak casks.

Tasting notes
Color: Very intense purple.
Nose: Complex with black cherry and garrigue scents.
Palate: Powerful with a very full-bodied tannic structure.
Serve between 17° and 18°C.
