Peeling - Direct pressure and emptying.
Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures.
Left to mature in vats.


Tasting notes
Color: Clear salmon pink.
Nose: Intense red fruit (blackberries, pomegranates, etc.).
Palate: Supple attack, well balanced and nice length of flavor.
Serve between 10° and 12° C.
